Mama24 Terms and Conditions – Platform Guidelines

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the mama24 platform, including the official website at mama24.app, mobile app and all related services. This document takes effect as soon as you access our platform for the first time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the mama24 platform. mama24 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting the latest version on our platform. The last updated date will be displayed at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version. Continued use of the mama24 platform after any amendments have been made constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

02Member Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the mama24 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not holding an existing mama24 account – each individual is only permitted to own one account only.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. mama24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or termination, as well as the holding of funds until the verification process is complete.

Mama24 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts without providing a reason, particularly where fraud or platform abuse is suspected.

03Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for all activities that take place within their account. This includes all wagers, financial transactions, and communications made through your account.

• Password Confidentiality: You must keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Unauthorized Access Notice: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
• Latest Information: It is your responsibility to keep your personal information up to date if any changes occur, particularly your contact details and bank account information.
• One Account Per Individual: Owning or operating more than one account is a serious violation and may result in all accounts involved being closed and all balances confiscated.

Mama24 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

04Deposits & Withdrawal of Funds

All financial transactions on the mama24 platform are processed using our approved and supported payment methods, including online banking, DuitNow, TNG e-Wallet, and other available e-payment methods.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is subject to the selected payment method and may vary.
• Deposited funds must originate from an account or wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Mama24 reserves the right to withhold or return a deposit if there is suspicion that the transaction violates any terms.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• The KYC verification process must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Mama24 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method; however, we endeavour to process all requests within the timeframe stated in the platform guidelines.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Mama24 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and a VIP loyalty program. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover / wagering requirement) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Mama24 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms is suspected.
• Cancelled bonuses cannot be reclaimed or transferred to another account.

• Members are not permitted to use multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will be considered a serious violation, and mama24 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and close the accounts involved without any refund.

06Game Rules

All games offered on the mama24 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is fair and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or disruption during an active game, mama24 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the player.
• Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are subject to the game type and may change at mama24's discretion.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any wagers.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mama24 platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

10Account Suspension & Termination

Mama24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Actions deemed to be detrimental to the interests of mama24 or other users.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory agencies.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining funds (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

11Responsible Gaming

Mama24 deeply values the well-being of our players. We believe gaming should be purely a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress.

• We provide self-control tools such as deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits that you can set yourself within your account.

12Law & Jurisdiction
